RIVET

The “Rivet” is a technically sophisticated chair that derives its name from its construction. Designed by Simon Busse, it presents itself with a linear and clear aesthetic that emphasizes its technical origin. For the manufacturing of the “Rivet”, locally available and uncomplicated processes are utilized. The core of the chair consists of laser cut, folded, and riveted aluminum sheets. The aluminum sheets enable the “Rivet” to be lightweight, facilitating its handling and maneuverability. At the same time, the material provides a durable and robust structure that withstands the demands of daily use.
